Thank you for shopping at That Figures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must still be attached to the product.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note: Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product(s) will be credited back to you.

3.⁠ ⁠Sale Items

If you purchased an item during a sale or with a discount, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid at the time of purchase, not the current or original non-sale price.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs

That Figures will cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Please follow the instructions below to receive your return instructions or label.

5.⁠ ⁠How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to returns@thatfigures.nl.
• Include your order number in the subject line or body of the email.
• Attach a copy of your invoice to the email.

Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with further instructions on how to ship the package back to us.
